Lesley Dumpleton

Lesley joined R&T in March 2026 as Finance & Operations Manager, bringing over 23 years’ experience as a Finance Manager within a local charity. Having last worked in an estate agency environment some 40 years ago, she has come full circle. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time socialising with friends and family, often accompanied by her Labrador, Treacle. She is also a big fan of soul and disco music, whether that’s listening or getting on the dance floor.
