A refurbishment project on an Art Deco styled commercial property in King’s Lynn. The project involved the replacement of the existing roof tiles with natural slate and removal of the failing cement render and application of a new coloured external render top coat made from lime. The lime finish coat render incorporating marble aggregates give a durable and attractive appearance without compromising breathability.
As part of the works, the existing windows and doors were replaced with metal double glazed units and original tiling previously hidden by the render was repaired and exposed to strengthen the Art Deco style of the property.
