Russen & Turner Architectural Design were instructed to prepare Existing and Proposed drawings for the purposes of preparing a ‘scheme proposal’ to create a dynamic and contemporary church environment suitable for the multi-functional use of the Church serving the local community. Using the information prepared by us and with the input of an Acoustic Consultant, Heating Engineer and Structural Engineer, a ‘Budget Cost Assessment’ was prepared to determine the anticipate build cost.
